African Inspired Dance Course

When: Every monday, 10.00am-11.00am

This course will allow you get connected with your body and let your spirit move through you, shaking it all out, being free and having fun!! Even if you have never been to a dance class before this is a perfect opportunity.

During this African Dance course you will:

? Learn an African Inspired Dance to traditional African drum rhythms
? Learn to Connect with the Dynamics of the Rhythms
