This course will allow you get connected with your body and let your spirit move through you, shaking it all out, being free and having fun!! Even if you have never been to a dance class before this is a perfect opportunity.
During this African Dance course you will:
? Warm up your body, release any tension and become more flexible and agile
? Learn an African Inspired Dance to traditional African drum rhythms
? Learn to Connect with the Dynamics of the Rhythms
?♀️ Let go of your inhibitions and build confidence to express yourself freely when you dance

No Lights No Lycra is a casual free-form dance class in the dark for the pure joy of dancing. Due to COVID, you will need to book yourself a place so head to your location's Facebook for bookings, then show up when you’re ready for a dance!
